One of the oldest homes in Over-the-Rhine, 201 Mulberry was stabilized by the City after severe structural damage to the masonry walls threatened it with collapse. After being acquired by A.D.O.P.T., the building was adopted by Tim Westrich, who completed a full historic tax credit rehabilitation of the building into three apartments — one of which is now his personal residence.
