How it works
OTR A.D.O.P.T. transfers vacant, historic buildings to individuals who have the ability and commitment to bring them back to life. Applications to adopt a building should meet the following criteria:
- Financial feasibility and proof of funds
- Professional assessment of project costs
- Commitment to complete project in a limited timeframe
- Community Benefit
