One of the oldest buildings in Over-the-Rhine, the Wurth House is named after its first owners – German immigrants George and Theresa Wurth. In 2013 the Kelpes – Dave, Marsha, and daughter Janelle – adopted and restored the long derelict structure in the Findlay Market district, reviving it as a two-family dwelling with one unit occupied by Janelle herself.
