Recent UC grad John Blatchford took a flyer on this dilapidated former tailor shop building in 2012. The “Tailor Shop” is now beautifully renovated and occupied as three 1 bedroom apartments, and has become the launching pad for John’s subsequent creation of Kunst and Kunsthous.
