OTR A.D.O.P.T. crossed the river into Covington’s Mainstrasse neighborhood to take on the full renovation of this Civil War Era building at 251 Pershing Ave. The 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom single family home was completed in the Fall of 2018 and sold to a family of four.
