Located in Over the Rhine’s Brewery District, this building is just a few blocks from historic Findlay Market. Proximate to Downtown amenities and the University of Cincinnati, its three floors lend themselves to residential use while offering street-level retail space. Recently in danger of collapse, 33 McMicken Ave has been stabilized through new framing, roof, and exterior walls. It was adopted in May this year and is awaiting full renovation.
