1725 Elm consists of two buildings (front and rear) totaling 10,110 sq. ft. near Findlay Market in Over-the-Rhine. OTR ADOPT acquired these buildings after a successful advocacy effort to save the rear building from the wrecking ball. Through a partnership with Kunst and two local investors, the buildings are currently under construction to become 12 apartments with a ground floor commercial space.
