Named for the old painted sign discovered behind the storefront, the Finders Keepers buildings are one of OTR A.D.O.P.T.’s earliest and most significant rescue projects. Developer Kim Starbuck has given these severely structurally compromised buildings new life, converting the rear building into a single family home powered by solar panels, and the market-facing building into affordable micro apartments with a ground-level storefront housing an artisanal cheese shop.
