A true Over-the-Rhine tenement building, 1925 Vine was adopted by Greg Cole and Angelo Pusateri. Spurred on by an allocation of state and federal historic tax credits, Greg and Angelo are keeping the historic interiors intact as they invest over $1.5 million to turn this building into 20 units of housing.
