This building’s namesake, David Volz, once lived here with his wife Mary, while her parents (George and Teresa Wurth) lived at the house next door. Nearly 150 years later, the “Volz House” is being carefully restored by Cincinnatian Peter Howe, who will occupy it as his primary residence when complete.
