Sandwiched between two other OTR A.D.O.P.T. success stories, 1 Findlay was adopted by Patricia Bittner and Andre Bilokur and transformed from a vacant shell into a commercial kitchen and restaurant space. The husband and wife team subsequently designed, branded, and financed the opening of Essen Kitchen, a walk-up cafe serving healthy plant-based lunches.
