The former Best and Lothes mineral water building is now the site of the seminal co-housing project of Kunsthous — an effort to bring co-living to the Queen City. With a large communal kitchen and living area open to all tenants on the ground floor, and 6 studio apartments above, 205 W. McMicken is a test case for promoting shared amenities and social interaction among neighbors in urban Cincinnati.
